Huddersfield’s Next Top Model is brought to you by Rock & Roses Model and Entertainment Agency in association with The Huddersfield Eye Magazine, Urbanite Photography and The Cotton Factory, Hosted by Huddersfield's homegrown Markus Hafner (Ship wrecked 2009) is set to take Huddersfield by storm.
The competition is not to just find Huddersfield’s next top model, but to raise awareness for 2 illnesses that can affect young people and must be check regularly or go for routine checks.
Testicular – men should check themselves after a shower or bath. Lance Armstrong was a cyclist who suffered the disease and spread to his brain... he is lucky enough to tell the tale.
Cervical – women 25 years and over can get a smear done, however the age has been raised from 21, jade goody was someone high profile to suffer from the disease... this shouldn’t have to happen for it to get through to people on how serious it is.
Entrants must be between the ages of 18-30, there is no height restriction
Entry to the competition will open on 10th October 2009 and entrants will have until 5pm on 7th November 2009 to get completed entry forms to official competition agents that are situated within the 9 postcodes of Huddersfield Town Centre forms can also be downloaded.
Once you have picked up or downloaded a form complete and attach 1 head shot, 1 ¾ shot and 1 full length shot.
NO GROUP SHOTS, NUDITY OR OBSCENE IMAGES... If images like this are received along with incomplete entry forms, this will result in instant disqualification.

Entrants will be judged and 4 males and 4 females from each postcode area will be chosen, entrants will be put onto the official competition website and members of the public will be able to vote for their favourite. Contestants can be as creative as they want in order to generate votes.
